Exclusive full-day access to The Abbey. Choice of up to 4 outdoor ceremony locations or our indoor A-Frame Chapel, Access to bridal and groom suite for getting ready. Access to all 30 acres with stocked ponds.
Planning + Coordination
In-house wedding day-of coordinator. Access to planning support leading up to the event, Assistance with timeline development. Coordination with all in-house and preferred vendors
In-House Catering
Provided by Abbey Rose Catering, Customizable menu with multiple tier and menu options, Catering team on-site for food prep, service, and cleanup
Bartending + Security
Provided by Pour Cowboys TABC Licensed, insured bartenders included, Bar setup, glassware (if applicable), and cleanup. Built-in event security through Pour Cowboys team
Preferred Vendor List
Curated list of hand-selected top tier vendors for: Floral design Photography/videography Live music or DJ Rentals and design Freedom to choose from the list or upgrade with approval. Vendor load-in/load-out management. Full setup and teardown by venue team
